Benedictine Convent Church
"St. Georg und Pancratius"

This basilica was built around 1150 and is one of the best preserved churches on the Romanesque Road . A group of 14 medieval stucco angels (1225 – 1230) is particularly precious and is acknowledged as the "Peak of Saxonian Byzantinism”. Ev.
