Harzgerode
Welcome to beautiful Harzgerode!
Harzgerode with its town parts Alexisbad, Mägdesprung and Silberhütte is a small town with half-timbered houses. Famous is the town hall (1901), the castle (1552) and the St. Marienkirche church (1698).
The nature path, an excursion to the Brocken mountain by narrow-gauge railway, the indoor swimming pool, the outdoor swimming pool with fun pool and a stroll through the mixed forest are all highly recommended. Some 200km of marked hiking trails are there for you to explore in the area around the town. Appartments, apartment houses and hotels are available in Alexisbad.
